For 26 years
people have come to see me to talk about life issues...
Their relationships, work stress, major decisions.
No matter what we talk about at some point we talk about
boundaries, your personal boundaries.

As a therapist in school we had fancy words for these
boundaries, but I learned that most people are sorting out a
conflict inside themselves.
Therapy is really helpful with the untangling of the inside,
the inner boundary. I've worked on this a lot with people
and the best question I was ever asked was, "What are boundaries
made of?"
Boundaries are made of Yes and No.
In therapy if I talk about boundaries, that is often too hard.
"I haven't."
"I can't."
"It won't work."
But if I break it down to Yes and No - people can work on that.
There are three things about Yes and No:
1. They guide us through every decision
2. They guide us through every relationship
3. They guide us for our entire life

“Sarri is a wise woman with deep knowledge of her field combined
with a strong intuitive way of tapping her client's wisdom. What
is amazing is how this wisdom is delivered with such humor and
connection that the entire audience (200 people) at our
WOW!Stories event felt they had received personal therapy and
kept buzzing about her talk for months. Her workshops are
sell-outs.” Diana L.
“A terrific new workshop on boundaries (yes and
no) from Sarri! After attending on October 13th, I have new and
ever-so-practical tools for addressing life-long patterns of
saying yes when I really want to say no and no when I want to
say yes. The room was filled with exclamations and sighs (aha
moments), laughter (as we recognized ourselves in each others'
stories), inspiration, and new insight. Distilling her
experience-fed wisdom into a fast-paced three hours that changed
my life - Sarri rules! Say yes and attend her next workshop.”
